Twelve Lowell men showed up for the game with Dudley yesterday. Ian Cadenhead was injured on the second play but the other eleven played the rest of the game and defeated the Dragons, 6 to 0.
The Lowell score came in the second period after a 70-yard drive, sparked by Tod Briggs and Rip Muss. Bob Lown made the touchdown on a seven-yard plunge through center.
Three pass interceptions helped the Lowell cause, all stopping Dudley drives deep in Bellboy territory. Bob Lown turned in one, and Muss and Briggs got the other two.
