Harry Golles broke the ice at the start of the last quarter with the Crimson's first goal and Godfrey Truslow sewed up the game with the second goal in the closing minutes.
Goalie Lindsey Fischer and Captain Bill Laimbeer, a fullback, played the entire game for the freshmen. Frank Blohm, subbing at the other fullback spot for injured Hugh Sargent, drew praise from Coach Poley Guyda for his aggressive play. Guyda also singled out the performances of Denny Little, Bob Lloyd, and Bill Lingelbach.
