A full list of the University Fulbright recipients will appear on page four of tomorrow's CRIMSON.
Thirty-eight students and alumni of the University have been granted Fulbright awards for study in foreign countries during the present academic year, Provost Buck announced yesterday.
The awards, made by the Department of State under the Fulbright Act of 1945, cover round-trip transportation, tuition, living allowance, and a small amount for books and equipment.
Twenty-seven of the University award winners were students in some part of the University at the time they applied for the scholarships. Eleven are college alumni.
The award winners are going to six of the 18 countries participating in the Fulbright program. France is the choice of 13 of the college group and nine will go to England. Austria and Italy are next in number of choices. Four of the students will travel to India.
