The second Wesleyan University fraternity in a month has seceded from the national body because it intended to accept a Negro.

The Wesleyan chapter of Delta Upsilon voted unanimously to sever its relations with the national unit when the latter refused to recognize Edgar Beckhan, a Negro honor student from Hartford.
