The proposed Dartmouth Rally, scheduled for tonight, will not be held. Crimson rooters will have to wait until the night before the Yale game for their next rally, according to an announcement made last night by the College cheering squad.
Plans for tonight's concert at Sanders Theatre forced the band to withdraw from the rally.
William L. Soule '52, chairman of the football rallies, stated that all plans for the Dartmouth rally were cancelled when it was learned that the band would be unable to play.
Another factor causing the cancellation was the poor turnout for the Columbia game rally, according to another member of the cheering squad.
