Two University professors won grants of close to $50,000 from the National Science Foundation Monday. The grants were awarded for research in chemistry and regulatory biology, here.

F. C. Uhle, assistant professor of Chemistry, received $12,000 from the Foundation for research in Chemistry, and L. V. Thimann, professor of Biology, received $34,000 for research in Regulatory Biology.
