Carl Friedrich Speaks Tonight On New European Constitution

Carl J. Friedrich, professor of Government, will speak at 8 pm tonight in Littauer Auditorium on "The European Constitution in the Making." Tonight's speech will be the only public appearance of Friedrich, who recently returned from his duties in Europe, where he worked on the Committee for the Preliminary Drafting of the European Constitution. WGBH of Lowell Institute will record the speech for future rebroadcast.
