The freshman "B" football team goes after its first win this afternoon against a host New Hampton School eleven.
With many new faces in the lineup, Coach Charlie Law's men are favored over the unscouted prep school team. This is the Yardling's first game since a 15 to 6 defeat at the hands of Governor Dummer two weeks ago.
Probable starters in the backfield are Mel Govig, a sharp-passing quarterback, halfbacks Marion Cheek and John Schereschewsky, and fullback George Nager. A tentative line has Ed Felton and Art Warren at the ends, Pete Morrison and Bainey Coon at the tackles, Art Ticknor and Thom Kahrl in the guard slots, and Reuben Gittes at center.
