Probation is now the regular penalty for after-curfew drinking at Dartmouth, the Undergraduate Council Judiciary Committee announced yesterday.
The Committee's report lists the following offenses and penalties:
"Offense: Individual or group drinking before noon or after 1 a.m.
Penalty: Probation.
"Offense: Drinking, or carrying a glass or open beer can outside of fraternities or dormitories.
"Penalty: Minimum penalty will be a $10 fine. More stringent action will be taken at the discretion of the Judiciary Committee depending on the relative severity of the case."
