College track men finished third behind Boston University and Brown in the New England Amateur Athletic Union track championships in Providence Tuesday.
A mile relay team of Warren Little, Bill Geick, Dudley Uphoff, and Alan Howe won in the time of 3:47.3. Little, Uphoff, and Howe are freshmen.
Benjamin Krietzberg, a Law School student running for the Boston Athletic Association, won the 50 yard dash in 5.6 seconds.
Geick won the broad jump in the field events held at M.I.T. the night before. Freshman Bob Rittenburg took third in the broad jump. Bob Mello took first in the pole vault.
