John L. Saltonstall, Jr. '38, State Chairman of the Americans for Democratic Action, will analyze the new Massachusetts anti-subversive bill in Phillips Brooks House at 8 p.m. tonight.

The program will also include a panel discussion in which Mark DeW. Howe '28, professor of Law, will speak on the political and civil rights implications of the bill. The Cambridge chapter of the Americans for Democratic Action are the sponsors of the evening's forum.
