Six Massachusetts law schools, including Harvard, today mailed a questionnaire, compiled by Lawrence B. Urbano, director of The District Court Survey and a research fellow of law, here, to 9,000 lawyers throughout the state in an effort to gather facts and opinions concerning the state's system of district courts.
