Army and Air Force Reserve Officers Training Programs will accept an unlimited number of freshmen into the programs, according to a policy directive issued yesterday. Applications for the program close Wednesday.

Graduate students, who were unable to complete the Military Science requirement in college, can complete their courses in Graduate School, the new order stated.

In the past, all students had to complete their R.O.T.C. courses in college to get a commission.

Colonel Charles P. Summerall, professor of Military Science, said that there are no plans for enlargement of the University's R.O.T.C.'s personnel or facilities.
