Wessell Will Assist in Personnel Department

Nicholai F. Wessell, formerly personnel director of the Factory Mutual Engineering division, has been appointed University associate director of personnel, it was announced yesterday.

In his newly created post he will assist John W. Teele, director of personnel at Little Hall, whose office recruits all University employees and administrates their pension and insurance programs.
