Judge Learned Hand '93 will accept the University's invitation to deliver a series of lectures at the Law School "if he can possibly fit it in," the CRIMSON learned yesterday.
Hand retired Thursday as senior judge of the Second Circuit of the United States Circuit Court of Appeals. The University awarded him an honorary degree in 1939, 43 years after his graduation from the Law School in 1896.
