Sandler, Sapers To Lead Seminar

Richard M. Sandler '52, president of the Student Council, and Carl M. Sapers '53, Chairman of the Council's international Activities Committee, will direct the American participation in a student seminar in Germany this summer.

Robert L. Fischelis '49, Graduate Secretary of P.H.B., announced last night that Sandler will serve on the three-man board of the directors of the seminar, along with representatives from England and Germany. Sapers will serve as general secretary and treasurer of the seminar which will last from July 20 to the middle of August.

Discuss University Life

The 60-odd representatives at the meetings will exchange ideas on student activities and various forms of college life in European universities.

The seminar was organized and directed last year by Fischelis.
