20 Candidates Sign Up For '54 Council Seats

Campaigning for two seats on the Student Council opened last night in the Union as 20 freshmen candidates handed in petitions. The campaign will run until the election at lunch and supper Monday and Tuesday at Dudley and Tuesday in the Union.

Voting will be by preferential ballot, according to Benjamin F. MacDonald '52, chairman of the council election committee. The candidates will also be limited to $10 expenses and may only half one poster display in the Union.
