Students who unavoidably missed taking last Saturday's draft qualification test will get a chance at a later examination. Major General Lewis B. Hershey announced Tuesday that men who held tickets for the Saturday exam but missed it because of "circumstances beyond their control" could apply for the June 16 or June 30 tests.
Hershey said that such students should write immediately to the Educational Testing Service in Princeton, N.J., explaining the circumstances and enclosing their ticket of admission to Saturday's test. He stated that "a new ticket will be issued . . . in deserving cases."
