House presidents at the Annex will appoint one representative from each dormitory to serve on the student council publicity committee, committee head Ruth Jacobson '52 announced last night.
These appointees will serve as the entire publicity staff for the rest of the academic year. In the fall, each house will hold elections to vote in girls to serve on this committee for the rest of next year.
The decision to appoint or elect a publicity member in each dormitory was prompted by the necessity for more wide-spread action in the Quadrangle concerning all-college affairs.
It is expected that the new setup will greatly ease the 'Cliffe publicity situation.
