Playwrights Give Own Play May 1

The Havard and Radcliffe Playwrights Groups will present "The Bystander" on May 1 at 8:30 p.m. in the Christ Church Parish House, Loretta Valtz '52, president of the Annex Group, announced yesterday.

This is the first time a group of Harvard and Radcliffe students have written, produced, and directed their own play. The two-act play written by Miss Valtz, won second place in the Playwrights' contest this year.

Robert R. Cronan '52 plays the lead. Other major roles go to Donald M. Mckee '52, Mary Jane Wade '52, Robert M. Leverone '52, Eric T. Sollee '52, and Norma Gaeta '52.
