Judge Arthur P. Stone '93 of the East Cambridge District Court is not fit to preside, the Administrative Committee of District Courts reported to the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth yesterday.
In explaining its action, the committee noted that the judge, who has ruled in so many cases involving University students, cannot perform his duties without constant use of a hearing aid "which is obviously not always adequate."
