Baseball and softball teams from four Houses braved the drizzle yesterday, but both Kirkland and-Winthrop should have stayed at home. Eliot's Luke Lockwood pitched a no-hit, 6 to 1 victory over the Deacons in hardball, while other Elephants were beating Kirkland in softball, 10 to 2.
Dudley also took two games from the Puritans. The Commuters won, 1 to 0, in baseball by scoring a run in the ninth inning on Winthrop errors. In the softball contest, the Commuters garnered eight counters in the first inning, mostly on walks to triumph, 17 to 4.
