A conflict between a Law School final and the Selective Service deferment examination has been discovered and is now under consideration, officials of the Law School's Dean's Office said yesterday.
The time conflict would develope on June 16, when a first-year course in Agency is scheduled to take place along with the second deferment test. Students have no choice of dates in the draft test.
Although Law students are not at present required to take the test, Selective Service officials have warned that local draft boards have full jurisdiction over deferment, and that everything in a student's favor helps. They also pointed out that the draft law concerning deferment of graduate students might be changed any moment.
