Dr. Hans von Kress, new president of the Free University of Berlin, will visit the University today to confer with Reginald H. Phelps '30, director of University extension, on adult general education. Tomorrow Kress will appear at the Medical School.

The Free University, located in the American sector of Berlin, was founded after the Russians had taken over the old university, which was located in the Soviet zone.

Thirty faculty members now teach 2,120 non-resident male and female students.
