Woman Sues College In Cornell Game Fall; Witnesses Are Sought

Students who saw a woman fall and injure herself at the Cornell game last fall are being sought in connection with a suit she is bringing against the University.

Edward M. Higgins, representative of the Employees Liability Assurance Company which is investigating the claim has asked all witnesses to the accident to write him at the company's address, 40 Board Street, Boston 7.

Mrs. Hagar was on her way out of the stadium three minutes before the end of the game when she tripped or fell at the point where the aisle narrowed down along side of an exit. she feel head first, hitting her head against a bench or stair.

Mrs. Hagar was sitting in Section Five, rooting for Cornell.
