Bill Dennis' brilliant 12 point third period enabled the freshman basketball team to overcome the Boston Y.M.C.A. last night, 60 to 57. Dennis was high man with 21 points.

The victory was the 11th in a row for the freshman hoopsters and gives them a 14-2 record for the season. The passing and shooting was ragged with many easy lay-ups missed, particularly in the first half. The visitors led at the half, 29 to 27, but Dennis threw in two baskets in the first 15 seconds of the third period to put the freshmen in front.
