The four free-style races will decide the meet. Captain Bob Berke and sophomores Dave Hedberg and Ron Huebach, Don McNamara, and Dick Fugquet will represent the Crimson against the experienced array of Captain Jock McIntyre, Dick Spurgin, Bill McAndrew, Gordy Kay, and Blaine Boyden.
The best races should be Hedberg against McIntyre in the 50, Herberg against McIntyre and McAndrew in the 100, and Berke against McAndrew in the 220. Even if Harvard wins all three--it is undefeated in these events--the Indians have enough depth to cancel the advantage by taking second and third in each.
