College Starts New GE Course

A new course on the problems of making decisions, will be introduced next fall.

The course, "Principles and Problems of Inference from Observations," part of the G. E. program, will be taught by Phillip J. Rulon, professor of Education, and Frederick Mosteller, associate professor of Mathematical Statistics.
