Squash 'B' Varsity Gains State Crown

The varsity "B" squash team won the state championship in its league yesterday at Hemenway Gym with a 4 to 1 victory over the Harvard Club which brought its record to 54 wins and 16 losses.

Aldy Flagg, Sam Hear, and Johangir Mugasoth all defeated their opponents by 3 to 0 shutouts, while Dave Symmes, who completed an undefeated varsity season, won by default. The only loss of the day fell to Dave Watts, who was edged out 3 to 2.

In another game yesterday the Law School team defeated the Union Boat Club of Boston, 3 to 2 to gain second place in the league.
