Council to See McNiff

Student Council representatives will meet with Philip J. McNiff, Assistant Librarian in charge of Lamont Library, this week to discuss changes in the hour for the return of open reserve books and in Lamont's fining system.

The Council feels that 9:15 a.m. would be preferable to the present 9 a.m. dead-line for returns, and that a graduated fine should replace the straight 75 cent charge now levied.
