Lowell, Kirkland, and Eliot deadlocked in a tie for first place in the House 'A' basketball league last night as the Bellboys upset the Elephonts, 42 to 40. Kirkland whipped Leverett, 42 to 32, and Dunster topped Adams, 31 to 25, in other 'A' games. In the 'B' league, the Funsters again trimmed the Gold Coasters, 46 to 36.
In House squash, Dunster scored two shutouts over Leverett in the 'A' and 'B' leagues.  Eliot also trimmed Kirkland, 5 to 0, and Lowell edged Winthrop, 4 to 1, in 'A' matches.  In the 'B' league, Kirkland edged Eliot, 3 to 2, and Lowell tied Winthrop, 2 to 2.  In House hockey, Kirkland skated to a 10 to 1 win over Dunster.  Bob Swanson of the Deacons scored four goals to lead the attack.
