Paul Douglas Sheats '54, of Matthews Hall and Washington D.C., has been elected captain of the freshman track team. Sheats is number one man in the 600 yard run and anchor man on the mile relay team.
This year he won the 600 at Northeastern and placed second in the meet at Tufts. The relay team won at the Knights of Columbus Meet and at the Boston Athletic Association Games.
