Vers Mickeles Dean, Radcliffe '28, research head of the Foreign Policy Association, will speak on the "Next Phase of United States Foreign Policy" at a public address at 8 p.m. Wednesday in New Lecture Hall. Announcement of the lecture was made by S.D.A. head Helen Margolis '52 at a meeting yesterday.

Members of the organization also elected the following seven girls as delegates to the National A.D.A.-S.D.A. Convention February 22 to 25 in Cleveland: Vera Blazz '53, Margaret Byers '53, Joyce Friedland '52, Ellin Louria '52, Helen Margolle '52, Elinor Meiss '53, and Cornelia Rose '53. These girls will meet with the Cambridge A.D.A. next week to discuss policies before going to the convention.

In collaboration with the Liberal Union, the Annex chapter will form a committee of six girls, who will be working with James O'Day, state legislator, to do research on the re-districting of Massachusetts. In addition to this, S.D.A. will head a meeting Sunday to form study groups to scrutinize specific phases of S.D.A. policies, including such problems as labor and civil rights.

Plans for the spring term also include a daily book service for all dormitories which have not yet obtained it.
