A report made by the chairman of the Library Committee at Radcliffe's Cedar Hill Conference, held last night, revealed that there have been 52 recent offenders in connection with closed reserve books. The report suggested that there be a 50 cent fine per hour in addition to the library work required for constant offenders.

From the $1,015.15 made by social activities, $600 will be given to the student council Grant-in-Aid Fund, social chairman Baila Cohen '51, disclosed last night. Ellen Newman '52, reporting for the Health Service committee, announced that lectures on courtship and marriage scheduled for the spring term will begin today.
