NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Harold Winkler '36, recently appointed for one term to the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, will begin his teaching duties today as a visiting lecturer.

A former associate professor at the University of California, Winkler will teach Government 203 and Government 203, a seminar.

Winkler left California to protest the loyalty eath demanded of faculty members there.

He will replace Louis Hartz, associate professor of Government, in Government 203, and will also teach Government 203. Hartz is on a leave of absence.
