Draft Will Not Open More Student Jobs

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

There will be no surplus jobs for students next year, despite the decrease in enrollment expected from the draft, John W. Holt, Director of the Student Employment Office said yesterday.

Holt pointed out that although there will be fewer students in the College, those remaining will face higher University and outside expenses without the benefits of the G.L. Bill of Rights. He said that any surplus in jobs brought on by a smaller enrollment would be quickly filled by the greater number of needy students.
