The track team took 11th place out of the 26 schools competing in the I.C. 4-A meet in New York Saturday. Manhattan won the team title with 29 points, while the Crimson competers tallied but 4 1/7 points.

The freshmen also lost Saturday, to Exeter. The favored Red and Gray squad won by a 48 1/4 to 32 3/4 score. The Yardlings missed Ty Smith, number one man in the high jump and hurdles, who pulled a muscle in practice last week and will be out the rest of the year.
