Coach Jack Barnaby's varsity squash team meets Amherst on the Lord Jeffs' courts today in its tenth intercollegiate match of the season. The Crimson squad played both Trinity College and the Hartford Golf Club yesterday, but results were not available at press time.
The Crimson varsity took a perfect 8-0 record into the Trinity match, with victories over McGill, Dartmouth, M.I.T., Williams, Wesleyan, Army, Penn, and Princeton to its credit.
The freshman squad, which also boasts a perfect record so far this season, will take on the Lord Jeff yearlings. The Yardlings have downed St. Paul's, M.I.T., Williams, Wesleyan, and Exeter twice, losing only one of 38 individual matches.
Only Amherst and Yale now block the Yardlings' path to an undefeated season. The Elis play here next Saturday.
