Federal Income Tax Laws will be argued in the second round of the Law School's Ames Competition semi-finals, at 8 p.m. tonight in the Langdell Court-room.

The Scott-Powell Club meets the Marshall Club in a mork trial on "Peter Sturgees vs the Commissioner of Internal Revenue," and the victor will oppose the J. Smith Club in the finals to be held next spring. The Smith Club won its trial on baseball's reserve clause Tuesday night.

Philip O'Brien 31, and W. Tarver Rountree Jr. 3L will be oralista for the Scott-Powell Club, while William A Carroll 31, and Richard A. Myren 31, will argue for the Marshall Club
