In the National League, Weld North trounced Matthews South with a 43-18 decision. Thayer South topped Straus South 33-22. Dudley took Massachusetts 29-21, Wigglesworth West overcame Hollis 34-28, and Lionel beat Grays 29-24.
In American League competition Holworthy smashed Wigglesworth East 37-14. Thayer North romped over Thayer Middle 38-19, Stoughton downed Mower 37-24, and Matthews North edged Weld South 25-21.
