Dr. Edward J. O'Rourke, Jr. '44, instructor in Epidemiology, was yesterday appointed as the second Health Commissioner of Cambridge. He succeeds the late Dr. Autino Fiore, instructor in Public Health Practice, who died on October 21. Both men were faculty members of the School of Public Health.
