Crimson sailors were to hold a regatta against Yale and Princeton at Guy's Point. New York, last weekend, but had to give it up as a formal event after strong tides had twice carried becalmed dinghies back over the starting line.

Reports in the CRIMSON yesterday said the races had been called off because of high winds and rain."

Two informal races were later successfully sailed, and the Crimson team took first place with 37 1/2 points. Princeton was second with 33 1/2.
