The Republican Party must Present positive issues to the public to win next election, Charles E. Cherington, associate professor of Government, told Harvard and Radcliffe Young Republic Clubs last night.

He added that the G.O.P. should accept basic new deal policies but make decided shift to favor businessmen, also said that we cannot drop our press foreign commitments.
