Over 150 graduate and undergraduate students have joined the Eisenhower for President movement. President John I. Easton also announced yesterday Easton was very happy about the turnout although he frankly admits that there an no dues and that the size of the club may therefore be deceptive.
The group has set the nomination of the Eisenhower ticket as its goal. It hopes to get "Ike" the local district, which includes Cambridge, and parts of Somerville, Watertown, and East Boston. Another of its objectives is the securing of the 10 delegates a large for him. It also hopes to have him nominated at the Harvard Young Republican Club's mock convention.
The other officers are: Betty Wade 2G, secretary; Earl M. Kulp '52, treasurer; John M. Savage '53, publicity director; Francis A. Harding, Jr. '53, membership director; Thomas W. Pearlman 3L, and John A. Klingel '52, executive committee members.
