South Soccer Stars Nip North, 3 to 2; Craven, Ufford Start

Neither soccer captain Dick Craven nor captain-elect Charlie Ufford were enough to keep the All-South soccer team from evercoming a 2-0 deflcit and defeating the Northern all-stars, 3 to 2. Saturday in Philadelphia.

Both Craven and Ufford were in the starting lineup for the North. Howie Burnett of Amherst scored two quick first-period goals, but the Southerners rallied to tie the score, and Joe Polinsaki of Temple booted in the winner.
