Radcliffe sophomores and juniors may form a pre-teaching club next week.
Dean Kerby-Miller has invited '53 and '54 students interested in the venture to a tea at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Agassiz.
The proposed club would aim to acquaint 'Cliffedwellers with opportunities and new methods in teaching. Tentative plans include guest speakers, discussions, and trips to nearby schools.
According to Dean Kerby-Miller. "This country needs more good teachers." She feels that many girls are now realizing that teaching "isn't such a bad profession," and that they would like to learn more about the field.
