Housewives and businesswomen are attending the first meetings of the 1951-52 Radcliffe seminars this week, opening the second year of Radcliffe's adult education program.
The seminars are being given on subjects ranging from Cicero to "The Causes and Prevention of War." Classes will meet once a week for 16 weeks. There are no examinations or grades.
Three emeriti professors in the University, Sidney B. Fay '96, Charles S. Mcllwain, and Arthur S. Pease '02, are among the instructors. Mrs. Richard Borden directs the program.
