Have you ever wondered about Deans and things? Do you sometimes mistake Holden Chapel for Jim's Place? When people ask you what college you go to, do you have to stop and think?
If so, whether freshman, sophomore, or junior, you can begin to solve your difficulties tonight at 7:30 p.m. by becoming a candidate for the CRIMSON News Board. As a news competitor you'll learn more about the University than any janitor, and what's more, you'll be able to write about what you learn.
Business Men
In past years, CRIMSON business representatives have sold everything from the swivel-chair concession at University Hall to vast quantities of freshman radiators without batting an editorial eyelash. And now, there is a chance for freshmen, sophomore, and junior latent extroverts to develop under personal tutelage of the fastest talking gray flannels in Cambridge. The CRIMSON comp opening at 7-30 tonight offers everyone a gift for gab which can come in handy along other than journalistic lines.
Editorial Writers
Admit it. You've always had a secret urge to influence people, if not to win friends. You've often felt like bearding Deans in their lairs. Tonight's the chance to start fulfilling these secret desires by coming out for the CRIMSON editorial board.
And if, besides throwing your weight around, you like to write what you think of movies, books, and the College dramatic groups, or have a knack with cartoons, the editorial board is the spot for you.
Photographers
Any freshman, sophomore, or junior interested in photography, journalistic or otherwise, will find a useful outlet for his hobby in CRIMSON photographic work. Complete modern equipment is at the service of the competitors, who work with such fascinating models as Old Howard lovlies surrounded by birds, and ladies in their morning baths.
