It started to rain at 4 p.m. on Friday continued for most of Friday night and threatened all of Saturday. There were fights and gags and girls and dances and singing and drinking and classes this morning.

Crowda left Cambridge--Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and all in all 47,000 attended the game and countless others stayed in rooms to listen to the first He in the series since 1926.

New Haven played the part of host as well as it could. The bars were crowded streets Jammed and hotels packed. At the game some funnymen pulled off a long, mysterious stunt between halves, a blue smoke bomb from the Eli stands annoyed many, and the Band's "Substitutions Unlimited" pleased even more.

The College itself was virtually deserted for the weekend, and even Moors Hall had only two residents Saturday night. This morning it was all over and everyone was tired.
