Schneider's Tootlers Will Play On Boston Common Next Week

Schneider's Silver Cornet Band will play at the candle-lighting ceremony on Boston Common on November 30 at 4:30 p.m. It will accompany a chorus of 500 men and women.

Originally, the full Harvard Band was scheduled to perform, but a concert in Lexington on the night before would prevent them from rehearsing. So the Band decided to send down Schneider's platoon, consisting of 25 men. The program will include a march and many Christmas carols.
